Zolaverse by EdZola

Welcome to Zolaverse, EdZola’s partnership program.
You’re in good company.

EdZola builds technology for nonprofits: data systems, CRMs and AI tools that help them run programs and show their impact. Since 2020 we’ve worked with 100+ organisations in 5+ countries.

We’ve never done it alone. Technology companies, sector networks, consultants and independent specialists have been part of that work. Now we’re opening it up.

Zolaverse is for anyone who believes technology should strengthen the people doing the world’s hardest work, and has something to bring to it.

Some of the organisations we’ve partnered with

  • ZohoTechnology partner
  • AnthropicAI
  • India Leaders for Social SectorSector network
  • SVP IndiaPhilanthropy network
  • Koita FoundationFunding partner
  • Sattva ConsultingAdvisory
  • Dhwani RISTechnology for development

What we believe

Technology should strengthen people, not replace them.

AI and better tools are changing what small teams can do. But a tool doesn’t know who needs help, what matters to them or how their work really happens. People do. Zolaverse brings those people together.

Different strengths, shared possibilities. Neither of us needs to offer everything. It works because each brings something the other needs.

Build on what exists. The next solution doesn’t always need to start from scratch. We bring the right people and tools to the problem, whoever built them.

Shared ownership. Good intentions aren’t enough. Both sides contribute, both sides benefit, and both sides make it a priority.

Room for the whole sector. Not everything worth building has to belong to one organisation. We’re open to shared infrastructure, open knowledge and research the wider sector can use.

Partnerships in practice

A system. A conversation.
A room full of possibilities.

A few things we’ve already built with partners. They show what working together can look like, not a promise of what every partnership will become.

How it begins

Start with one opportunity. Grow what works.

  1. Tell us what’s on your mind.

A person to introduce, a skill to offer, a product to bring, an event to host or a problem you keep seeing.

  2. Agree what works for both of us.

Every partner brings something different. We agree what each of us contributes and how each of us benefits, whether that’s recognition, reach, shared work or money, before work begins.

  3. Do something useful together.

One project, one pilot or one shared idea is enough to begin. If it works well for everyone, we build on it.

A few things you might be wondering.

Who is EdZola?

A technology consultancy for nonprofits, founded in 2020 and based in Coimbatore, India. We build program management systems, CRMs, fundraising systems and AI tools, mostly on Zoho, where we are an Advanced Partner. Around three quarters of our work is with nonprofits.

What do partners get out of it?

It depends on the partnership. For some it’s recognition and reach: their work credited, shared and introduced to the organisations we work with. For others it’s co-creation: a joint offering, shared code or research. Where the work is commercial, there are fees or revenue share. We agree what each side gets, in writing, before starting.

Is there a points system or tier?

No. We’d rather recognise what each person or organisation brings, whether or not it comes with revenue. A sector specialist who shares knowledge matters as much as a partner who brings a project.

We do some of what EdZola does. Can we still work together?

Yes. We don’t have to do everything differently to do something meaningful together. Organisations with overlapping skills can still share delivery capacity, geography, distribution or product integrations. And we’ll always recommend the technology that fits an organisation, even if we didn’t build it.

Can I join as an individual?

Yes. You don’t need a registered company. If you’re looking to join the EdZola team full-time, say so in your note and we can discuss what might fit.

What if I don’t fit any of these?

Tell us anyway. A clear problem, an honest conversation and a willingness to work together matter more than a category.
