DIGITIZING THE ENTIRETY OF TRAINING SESSIONS - SEF
Introduction:
SEF collaborated with the Delhi government to conduct 'Skill Building Workshops' for teachers across states. They were looking for a platform to digitize - planning, execution and track impact of training session. SEF was facing a challenge in monitoring and managing the data of those 40K teachers who participated in the 'Skill Building Workshops' across multiple districts and states. The manual process of data collection and analysis was time-consuming, and it was difficult to track the progress and impact of the
workshops.

About the Nonprofit:
Founded in 2013 and based out of Delhi, Simple Education Foundation (SEF) is committed to transforming public education in India by empowering students in government schools to thrive. SEF achieves this by designing and implementing teacher development programs, as well as introducing effective practices that build the state’s capacity to implement these programs successfully. At the heart of SEF’s mission is a simple yet powerful belief: “Highly skilled, caring, and intuitive teachers can transform a student’s learning experience.” SEF partners with governments to create state-wide training programs for school teachers and principals, making education in government schools across India more engaging and meaningful for children. Currently they are working in 3 states with 1.5 lakh teachers and 2500+ future teachers impacted. These programs are designed to address the specific teaching and learning needs of local communities. SEF collaborates closely with government institutions and educators to co-design processes and frameworks, ensuring they are not only implemented effectively but also sustained and scaled over time by the government itself. Their vision is to empower 1 million teachers by 2028, thereby impacting the learning environment for thousands of students across India.
